General

Yes, all products sold are 100% authentic.

Restocking is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that out-of-stock items will be replenished.

Returns

All sales are final. Once a purchase has been completed, items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 7-10 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once confirmed. Kindly contact us immediately at our support email (sales@shimano.com.sg) if you need assistance. 

Shimano apparel, Shimano shoes and Lazer helmets are covered by a 1-year warranty while PRO tools are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. 

 
 

Shipping

We charge a flat rate of $3.99 for any orders below $99. Free delivery is offered for orders above $99. 

Standard delivery typically takes between 3-7 working days. 

Carrier tracking would provide you with up-to-date information about your package. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support (sales@shimano.com.sg) and we can assist you with the next steps.

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.
