1. The '30 Days Return & Exchange’ policy will last for 30 days from the date the helmet was purchased.
2. Up to a maximum of 2 exchanges per customer with the original receipt required.
3. The '30 Days Return & Exchange’ policy is only applicable to the following LAZER helmet models: Z1 KinetiCore, Vento KinetiCore, Strada KinetiCore, Sphere KinetiCore, Genesis, Jackal KinetiCore, Impala KinetiCore, Coyote KinetiCore
4. Products that have been modified or damaged from causes other than non-conformities in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to accident (crash or fall), abuse, misuse, or other abnormal, excessive or improper use; by an outside influence are excluded from this policy.
5. The product must be in MINT condition when returned.
6. A complete set of merchandise and accessories must be returned; otherwise, they will be excluded from this policy.
7. The original receipt must be valid and shown as proof of purchase. '30 Days Return & Exchange’ will not be approved if the original receipt is not shown/valid.
8. Money will be refunded in the form of store credits only.
9. ‘30-Days Return & Exchange’ policy is valid for selected LAZER-authorised dealers in Singapore only.
10. LAZER authorised dealers will have the final judgement to approve/reject ‘30-Days Return & Exchange’ program.
