For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Promoter" refers to SHIMANO SINGAPORE whose Instagram handle is @shimanosingapore. The "Prize" refers to One (1) x LAZER Z1 KinetiCore helmet. The Prize, which is the helmet’s colour will be decided by the Promoter.

By entering this Giveaway you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Giveaway will only apply to all posts or stories submitted on Sunday, 2nd November 2025. All posts or stories submitted after this date will not be accepted.
- By entering and using this photo booth and entering the giveaway contest, you consent to Shimano Singapore's use of your photograph, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes, across any and all media. All images captured are the property of Shimano Singapore.

No responsibility can be accepted for posts or stories received after the closing date.

This Giveaway is open only to residents currently living in Singapore.

Entrants must be over the age of 13+ years on the date of their entry.

One (1) winner, who has fulfilled all entry requirements, will then be selected at random by The Promoter within two weeks from the closing date. The winner will be notified via an announcement post on @shimanosingapore Instagram.

Employees of The Promoter and The Partner are not eligible to enter this giveaway.

This Giveaway is not in any way affiliated, sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure in receiving entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway or these Terms and Conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Giveaway.

The Prize will be awarded to the selected one (1) winner who has entered on Instagram. The Winner will have to fulfil all entry requirements, and has to be a Follower of Shimano Singapore (@shimanosingapore) and Spin Axis (@spinaxissg) to be considered as eligible. The Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received and verified by The Promoter.

Your account should be set as public from the period of the Giveaway until the announcement of the Winner.

The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable and are subject to availability. No cash alternative is available. Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

The Winner will collect The Prize physically at Spin Axis, located at 201 Henderson Rd, #03-11, Singapore 159545. The Promoter reserves the right to change the point of collection.

The Winner will be notified within two weeks of the contest closing date. If The Winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from The Winner and pick a replacement winner.

In the case where The Winner is unable to collect The Prize in person, The Winner may nominate someone to collect The Prize on their behalf. The Winner must inform The Promoter (Shimano Singapore) within 7 days of The Winner’s announcement post and provide full details of the nominated collector.

The name, address, email address and phone number of The Winner must be provided to The Promoter if requested and will be shared to enable the fulfilment of the Prize.

By entering The Giveaway, The Winner agrees that his/her name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promoter after The Winner has been selected.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter’s liability under or in connection with The Giveaway or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.
